Day 4 of incorporating Isagenix into my life. So far so good. But I better explain my morning routine which is the most complicated. I wake up at 4:30 AM, yes you read that right. For some of you older people 4:30AM is not so strange but for you younger folk 4:30AM sounds a bit insane. The 4:30 AM wake up call is recent. It was one of my goals for this year. I go downstairs and take my Iso Supreme and drink my water. Some days I make our green juice and then go upstairs to start my workout and other days I do my workout first then make the juice, I wake the kids up after my workout which is usually 6:00 AM or 6:15 AM. It just depends if I do 50 minutes on elliptical or 60. After my workout I drink a NUM which is a 10 calorie drink with my vitamins. One day I will write out all the vitamins I take. Isagenix has a hydrating drink similar to the NUM but it's more calories and aren't we trying to cut out the calories. After taking my many vitamins I go back upstairs to shower and get ready. Of course the kids, dogs and the parakeets are up and fully awake. Its up to the kids to get themselves ready, this has been since they were young. Independence is key to a stress free zone. Wow, I am already had a full day between 4.30 AM and 7:30 AM. It's been a journey on a slow bumpy road to get to this point. If you had given me Isagenix 1 or 2 years ago I would not have made it to the fourth day. I can tell you I was not disciplined back then and I have had to work on it and continue to work on it. Discipline is key with any type of diet or program. If you don't have that then you are not going to get very far.
